Junk Removal/Clean Out/Move Out Services

Our Process

Whenever we arrive to a scheduled appointment we will have a dumpster dropped off the same day. Depending on your needs, we can arrange a 10, 20, 30 or 40 yard dumpster ready to be filled with your unwanted items. We will follow your instructions and pick up any items no longer needed from any part of the establishment. We will work in any area, from the attic space to the crawl space. Afterwards we will be sure to sweep the areas the items were removed from. Wherever you need us we will accommodate you.

At the time the job is completed, we will already have a truck on its way to pick up the dumpster!!

Competitive Pricing

Whenever items are brought to the junk yard the material is always weighed before it is dumped and discarded. For this reason we in turn base our prices on the volume of the items that will be put into the container/dumpster. Typical sized dumpsters are based on the number of volume it holds. The dumpsters consist of 10, 20, 30 and 40 yards If you only have 12 ½ yards placed in a 20 yard dumpster, you will be charged for 12 ½ yards!! So you will only be charged for the amount of trash we haul off. We will always price accordingly and fairly. We try to keep our price as low as possible so we may accommodate your budget.
