JANITORIAL

Nightly Services

Building Entrance, Lobby, Elevator and Corridors

  • Vacuum entrance mats
  • Clean entry door glass
  • Dust horizontal surfaces within normal reach
  • Clean and polish drinking fountains
  • Vacuum carpeting.
  • Sweep and damp mop lobby tile
Restrooms and
Break Rooms

  • Cleaning and sanitize sinks, toilet seats, urinals, showers, and steam rooms
  • Clean and polish mirrors and bright work
  • Dust and spot clean partitions and walls
  • Refill paper towel, toilet tissue, soap and toilet seat cover dispensers
  • Empty waste containers and replace liners
  • Sweep and wet mop floors with disinfectant cleaner
  • Report any malfunctioning items to the building manager
  • Empty sanitary waste containers and replace with clean bags
  • Maintain janitorial closet/storage area to an orderly standard
Office
Areas

  • Empty waste containers (only trash in containers or clearly marked “TRASH” will be removed). Replace torn/soiled liners
  • Dust and spot clean desk/credenza/countertops, which are clear of loose work papers
  • Spot clean partition and door glass as necessary
  • Damp wipe counters, table tops and chairs in coffee areas. Clean skins and wipe front of cabinets
  • Sweep and damp mop hard tile flooring
  • Vacuum carpeting
  • Extinguish lights and secure offices as required

Service Agreements

Weekly Services

  • Dust windowsills
  • Clean and polish desks, credenzas, file cabinets, etc., which are clear of work papers
  • Sweep down stairwell, wipe banisters and remove cobwebs
  • Spot clean hall partition glass
BI-Weekly Services

  • High dust picture frames, clocks and much more
  • Low dust furniture and chair rungs
Quarterly Services

  • Dust return air grills in common areas and restrooms
  • Machine scrub hard tile and grout
  • Clean exterior windows
Annual Services

  • Clean all interior glass
  • Clean all blinds with treated cloths

Security / Rules / Inspection / Summary

Sercurity

  • Employees will report any hazardous conditions immediately to the supervisor who will inform the building manager
  • Any vandalism, unusual occurrences, mechanical or maintenance problems that are found by cleaning personnel will be reported on a daily basis
  • Any emergency situations will be reported to the building management immediately. Emergency phone numbers to be provided by client
  • We will furnish names and pager numbers of key personnel
  • Our employees will observe building security and lighting procedures for all areas
Work Rules

  • Work will be done in a neat orderly and careful manner
  • Work will be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time for both parties
  • Janitor’s supply rooms, including sinks and floors will be kept in a clean and orderly condition
  • Area lights will be turned off whenever employees are not working
  • Employees will comply with our Rules of Conduct
Supervision, Staffing and Inspection

  • We are responsible for the supervision of our employees at all times and will periodically supervise while work is in progress to insure that proper preventative measures are implemented to avoid injury to any individual, building or office materials
  • Within five (5) days of start of this program, we will meet with the building manager to review adequacy of services and schedules. The building will be visited regularly and management will observe the work in progress
Service Summary

  • All cleaning equipment and supplies will be installed and maintained by us. Client agrees to provide lockable storage space. Materials used are subject to approval of the building manager
  • Supplies for restocking restrooms dispensers and plastic liners for trash cans and trash disposal will be provided by customer. For your convenience, these paper, soap and plastic products can be purchased from Ponte Vedra Cleaning Services
  • Customer agrees to supply a dumpster for trash disposal

  • All employees  have legal status and hold legal U.S. residence. 
  • All employees will arrive to you property properly dressed in clean a neat uniform. 
  • All employees  are supervised by a team leader who will check for and is responsible for providing professional service and quality control of each property we visit. 
  • Ponte Vedra Cleaning Services is licensed and insured 
  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we will return promptly to your home to correct any complications or concerns.
